Our CEO, Joaquín Rodríguez Grau, participated in two round tables on Space and Automotive with other important companies and agents from the industrial and technological sector, while we also presented the ESA BIC Andalucía startups incubation programme to our community, and exhibited various pieces manufactured by CATEC for projects and companies in the space sector.
This initiative, in which CATEC participates alongside five other partners from Spain and Portugal, aims to develop the green hydrogen value chain in this cross-border area, promoting and disseminating, through various planned actions, the virtues and capabilities of this energy vector as an industry of the future.

Our technology centre was also responsible for the operational authorization of the flight, which was the result of an extensive and complex preparation process carried out in close collaboration with the Telespazio Ibérica drone team as the end user.
Our technology center has participated in this initiative through the company Clue Technologies, and its role has focused on developing a photorealistic simulation architecture based on Unreal Engine 5 and Matlab/Simulink, which has been used to implement an AI agent to perform the task of intelligent guidance in unmanned aerial platforms for firefighting services
On Thursday, November 13, the Palacio de Las Dueñas hosted our Third Annual Conference on Technological Trends, which this year was held under the title “Technology as a pillar of European and national sovereignty” and brought together representatives and professionals from the leading companies and organizations in the defense and aeronautics sector in our country.
Our technology center has received this award, presented annually by the Advanced Manufacturing trade fair, for the development of the HTSMART project, focused on the design, prototyping, and validation of high-temperature superconducting magnets for ultra-compact fusion reactors.
