The Implementation and Monitoring Committee of the Futuretech_H2 project, led by the Federation of Metal Entrepreneurs (FEDEME), held on Wednesday 4th December, a new coordination meeting, in which CATEC was represented by our colleague Rocío Baya Arenas, Engineer of the Automation and Robotics Unit.
During the meeting, the status and evolution of the different activities planned in this project, which is part of the 3rd Call of the Interreg VI-A Spain-Portugal Cross-Border Cooperation Programme (POCTEP) 2021-2027, was reviewed. This programme seeks to promote green hydrogen as a key industry of the future and strengthen its supply chain to facilitate the development and expansion of this energy vector.
During the session, topics such as the planning and review of deliverables of activities 1 to 4 were discussed, highlighting the use of the virtual simulator, the design of training actions and the implementation of new ones to be started such as the Roadshow. In activity 6, communication aspects were addressed, including the creation of materials and actions planned within this action, while activity 5 analysed the budget status, expenditure certifications and planned modifications in coordination with POCTEP.
This meeting reinforces the project’s commitment to the promotion of green hydrogen and the boosting of its value chain. We continue!
