In collaboration with Extenda and the IDEA Agency, technical visits to our center and companies, technology demonstrations and meetings with participating institutions in the event will be organized to explore possible collaborations
Aeropolis, the Aerospace Technology Park of Andalusia, will held from 17 to 19 November the Aerospace Structural Impact Dynamics International Conference ASIDI 2015, event co-organized by the Agency of Innovation and Development of Andalusia (IDEA) bringing together the main actors in the analysis of dynamic impact on aerospace structures and will involve companies of this sector and experts from universities and technological centers of many different nationalities.
Because of this meeting, the Center for Advanced Aerospace Technologies (FADA-CATEC), in collaboration with EXTENDA and the IDEA Agency, is promoting the organization of free parallel activities for the Andalusian and Spanish companies participants to take advantage of this event.
Thus, a technical visit to CATEC, including demonstrations in the area of Materials and Processes will be held. In addition, teleconferences before and after the conference will be organized to explore collaborations between CATEC or some Andalusian company and participating companies.
Moreover, it will be held with individualized meetings to identify needs and possible collaborations between companies attendees and meetings with the Andalusian aerospace companies and/or participants in the event. In this context, it may request visits to Andalusian enterprises for all those interested in knowing the production sector in depth. These visits can be requested for both days of the event, as in previous and subsequent weeks.
Finally, during the conference will be presented to the public and stakeholders a technology demonstrator for structural health monitoring (SHM) for composite parts, made entirely by CATEC.
