Our Centre continued receiving for one month the visit of company executives and national and international institutions interested in its activity and the advanced technological infrastructures in disposition of the aerospace sector. Last visit has been made by Russian businessman and institutional representative of Russian Region of Samara. On the 21st of January, they visited Seville in order to know and analyze the possibilities of collaboration with Andalusian aerospace sector.
The initiative, coordinated by Hélice Cluster, included work meetings with other organizations and companies of the sector as IDEA Agency, Extenda, Seville Town Hall, Airbus Defence and Space and Aerópolis. The delegation was conformed by the Government Deputy Chief and the Economic Development, Investments and Trade Ministry representative of Samara Region, as well as the aerospace cluster president of Euroasia Region. In his visit to CATEC, the Russian delegation evidenced the main research lines in which the Centre is working and the capacities and technological services that offers in order to boost the R&D and competitivity of aerospace industry companies.
The Centre has also received the visit of students and teachers of Aeronautical Design Master leaded by CB Group. They could find out some of our outstanding projects and facilities.
