Six space sector start-ups are beginning their incubation process at ESA BIC Andalusia, a centre managed by CATEC

The selected companies (four from the upstream sector and two from the downstream sector) are Hisperion, OLMA Space, Orbital Boost Aerospace (OBA), Albor Space, YNSAT and Graniot. They will take part in an incubation programme lasting between 12 and 24 months, which includes up to €60,000 in direct funding, 80 hours of specialist support and access to the ESA BIC international network.

The proposals submitted have already been assessed by the Tender Evaluation Board (TEB), the technical committee responsible for their technical evaluation, and the final selections will be announced publicly in the coming days.
