CATEC receives the Advanced Manufacturing Award in the category of most disruptive technology in the manufacturing process
Our technology center has received this award, presented annually by the Advanced Manufacturing trade fair, for the development of the HTSMART project, focused on the design, prototyping, and validation of high-temperature superconducting magnets for ultra-compact fusion reactors.
Success of CATEC’s Activities Held for World Space Week
We delivered a talk to more than 100 students at the Centro Público Integrado de Formación Profesional (CPIFP) Javier Imbroda and held an Open Day at our center in Seville, attended by students from Universidad Loyola Andalucía and the University of Seville, as well as the Space Commission of the Andalucía Aerospace Cluster.
CATEC’s success at the Transfiere Forum
From March 12 to 14, we have been able to participate in Malaga in another important event in our agenda, the Transfiere 2025 Forum. The event, which brought together 600 companies and 400 experts, turned Malaga into the European epicenter of technology transfer and innovation in R&D&I for three days.

The Innovation Ecosystems Project, ECO-AERO, led by CATEC, has held at the Aerópolis Park a 'Demo Day' or demonstration day to learn about the main developments in the aerospace sector and innovation, which has been attended by the Spanish Space Agency, the Andalusia Aerospace Cluster, TEDAE, and other key entities of the ecosystem.
